Fishing Outfitter

The Sales Outfitter is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support. This role involves greeting and acknowledging customers, handling merchandise with care, and providing information and assistance to customers.

• Supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Demonstrates product to customers and remains knowledgeable of advertised sales, maintaining pricing and signing.
• Replenishes product on shelves as required per Merchandising guidelines and assists with seasonal floor merchandise moves.
• Restocks merchandise as required and keeps work area clean, neat, and well-stocked with supplies.
• Follows all Company Policies and Procedures and provides a legendary experience for every customer, every time.

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers, and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.
