Job Opportunity

Area Temps, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and reliable Housekeeper/Custodian to join their team. As a key member of the facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the campus, including the interior and exterior of buildings, as well as delivering packages and preparing for lunches in the dining hall.

The ideal candidate will have prior custodial experience, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you must be able to lift 40-50 pounds and have a reliable means of transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the campus
  • Deliver packages and prepare for lunches in the dining hall
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting
  • Restock housekeeping supplies and maintain inventory
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals

Requirements:

  • Prior custodial experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift 40-50 pounds
  • Reliable means of transportation
