Position Overview:
As a Physical Therapist (PT) at VibrantCare Rehabilitation, you will provide exceptional physical therapy services with minimal oversight, ensuring adherence to the principles and practices of physical therapy along with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
2. Supervise therapy assistants and aides while contributing to case management.
3. Deliver high-quality patient care and maintain positive interactions with clients and facilities.
4. Evaluate and direct skilled treatment for patients requiring physical therapy, documenting medical necessity clearly.
5. Maintain thorough documentation of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
6. Complete all necessary paperwork, including pre-certifications and daily notes, in a timely and legible manner.
7. Foster open communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, and third-party payors.
8. Participate in facility meetings as directed by the Center Manager.
9. Engage in ongoing education to meet state licensure requirements.
10. Maintain current CPR certification in line with state regulations.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapist education program or equivalent for internationally educated therapists.
- Valid state licensure/registration as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
