Position: Full-Time School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our school team. This role involves providing occupational therapy services, conducting assessments, and developing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students. Experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to identify students' functional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs to support students' educational goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to promote students' functional skills.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided to ensure seamless communication.
  • Participate in IEP meetings to contribute to setting educational goals for students.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an OT.
  • Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills to support students' success.
