Adams Bank & Trust is seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to join our team as an Ag Banker. As a key member of our Ag lending team, you will be responsible for originating, underwriting, and closing secured and unsecured commercial loans in accordance with established lending objectives, policies, and procedures.

1. Maintain and Maximize Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain a portfolio of existing customers, gathering and overseeing the compilation of all necessary information for loan applications. Work closely with Credit Administration to request appraisals, credit reports, and other relevant information.
2. Develop New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and relationships to drive growth and profitability.
3. Cross-Sell Key Products/Services: Maximize new and existing customer relationships by cross-selling key deposit and fee income products and services as customer needs dictate.
4. Facilitate Loan Negotiations: Facilitate negotiations with customers, both new and existing, to ensure mutually beneficial loan agreements, including fees, loan repayment options, and other credit terms.
5. Community Involvement: Actively participate in community activities that promote the Bank and assist with business development.
