Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Attendant to join our team at the Courtyard Hamilton. As a Hotel Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, maintaining the cleanliness and quality of our hotel rooms, and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and quality of hotel rooms, including making beds, restocking linens, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Ensure that all guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy, and that all amenities are in working order.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
