Warehouse Associate

PetroChoice, a leading distributor of lubricants, oils, fluids, and greases, is seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Avoca facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for receiving and stocking product, repackaging, palletizing, and performing tank readings, customer pick-ups, and LTL shipments.

Responsibilities include:

• Receiving and stocking product, repackaging, and palletizing
• Performing tank readings, customer pick-ups, and LTL shipments
• Loading, filling, and labeling containers from bulk according to assignments
• Picking and staging products to be delivered according to the delivery schedule
• Loading and properly securing products in delivery trucks
• Unloading delivery trucks in an efficient manner and storing products in the appropriate area
• Completing and submitting accurate records of products received and/or filled daily
• Updating products loaded on all trucks and utilizing load/unload slips
• Retrieving and submitting packing slips for products received
• Operating a forklift, hand truck, pallet, and electric jack as needed
• Maintaining the warehouse area and safety reports
• Completing accurate inventory of products as needed
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures
• Interacting positively with all customers
• Will be required to act in a professional manner at all times
• Safely loading/unloading deliveries - the ability to lift/move up to 65lbs is required
• Performing other related duties as assigned

Qualifications include:

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Valid driver's license (if applicable)
• At least one year of forklift experience (if applicable)
• At least one year of warehouse/operations experience (if applicable)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A high school diploma or GED
