Key Responsibilities:
  • Grounds Maintenance: Remove trash and debris from office areas and property perimeter on a daily basis.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Assist in the preparation of market-ready units, pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc.
  • Emergency Response: Assist with property emergencies, such as snow removal and/or other inclement weather emergencies, fires, and floods.
  • Cleanliness and Curb Appeal: Clean available apartments and/or model homes and common areas of the community, as directed.
  • Customer Service: Promote customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal, and interact courteously and professionally with current and potential residents at all times.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Skills and Requirements: Ability to read, write, and understand English, ability to use general office equipment, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to cope with and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people, ability to maintain confidentiality, and must maintain a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance.
