Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Speech Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and a passion for enhancing the communication abilities of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech and language impairments in a diverse group of students.
- Create and execute personalized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the individual needs of each student.
- Deliver direct therapy services and track progress to ensure successful outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to foster student growth and academic achievement.
- Maintain comprehensive and precise records of therapy sessions, evaluations, and student advancements.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Experience working with varied caseloads is advantageous.
