Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of operators responsible for producing radioisotopes under GMP conditions.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to GMP, NRC regulations, and management expectations, maintaining a culture of safety and compliance.
  • Training and Development: Support the training of production staff and contribute to the development of a high-performing team.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of consumables, spare parts, cleaning supplies, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Documentation and Records: Author and/or revise production technical documents, including SOPs and forms, as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role, with 3-5 years' experience operating in a GMP environment.
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field is preferred.
  • Skills: Fluency in English, strong knowledge of GMP practice, knowledge of radiation safety principles, and excellent professional ethics.
