Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Psychologist to provide a variety of psychological services to individuals and groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide psychological services to individuals and groups, including assessments, interventions, and therapy sessions.
- Supervise unlicensed psychology staff and assist with program management.
- Evaluate individuals' eligibility for services and develop treatment plans.
- Conduct individual and group psychotherapy or counseling sessions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide clinical leadership and training in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of psychological disorders.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide effective communication.
- Strong leadership qualities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association) and up-to-date credentials in the state of California.
