Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of in-process and finished goods materials. This includes performing inspections, testing, and releasing products, investigating defects, and maintaining control of defective products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform sampling, inspections, and testing of in-process and finished goods products to ensure they meet internal and customer specifications.
  • Release acceptable products for further processing and/or shipping.
  • Understand and follow applicable ISO standards requirements.
  • Review inspection records to ensure product conformity and proper documentation practices.
  • Retain samples of finished products and maintain batch records.
  • Segregate nonconforming product and handle quarantined product and raw materials.
  • Generate rejection and deviation reports as directed.
  • Perform trace back investigation of nonconforming raw material and product.
  • Promote and support a Lean environment.
Requirements:
  • Must pass pre-employment testing.
  • 1-3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Must possess an acute attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • General use of computer workstation and ability to use SAP commands is preferred.
  • Must be willing and able to work as a team member and make general decisions within authorized job responsibilities.
  • Must be able to train and guide others as required.
  • Must be able to read and write in English.
