Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day activities within the department, including planning, flow, and resource allocation.
- Develop and motivate associates to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Build effective relationships with business partners, counterparts, peers, and management to drive operational excellence.
- Communicate effectively with associates, counterparts, and management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Ensure that the area meets all requirements for safety and housekeeping.
- Continuously review and improve practices, methods, and processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Previous experience managing diverse teams of 20+ associates.
- 4-6 years of experience in a related field.
- High School graduate, College preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication, coaching, and development skills.
- Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict.
- Ability to provide feedback and develop other leaders.
- Must be available to support multiple shifts.
We offer a competitive salary range of $61,000 to $78,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
