Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, in accordance with a written assignment and under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Perform various basic non-nursing/non-medical care activities, such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation assistance.
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a nursing aide training program.
  • Active, valid CNA License certification with the DC Board of Health.
  • Current CPR certification from either American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
  • 6 months experience as a CNA preferred.
