Estimated salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Maintaining lawns, fields, walks, pathways, roads, and parking lots at client locations.
  • Performing essential functions such as mowing, trimming, pruning, spraying, cleaning, planting, and watering.
  • Repairing fences, gates, walls, and walks using carpentry and masonry tools.
  • Sharpening tools and maintaining equipment.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years' experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with trade schools and accredited apprentice programs a plus.
