Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist to provide personalized and evidence-based occupational therapy services to clients across a diverse range of ages and conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities to identify functional limitations and determine individualized goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and client-specific needs.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living (ADL) training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and environmental modifications.
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current and valid state license or registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Previous experience working as an OT is preferred but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, assessment techniques, and evidence-based interventions.
