As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials that support our agents' efforts across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop print and digital graphics, including advertisements, flyers, brochures, charts, graphs, illustrations, logos, and other artwork.
• Create digital marketing pieces using HTML/CSS, including e-blasts, e-newsletters, digital advertising, and website graphics.
• Design motion graphics for short clips and social videos.
• Develop presentation assets using PowerPoint.
• Create accurate and engaging data visualizations, such as charts showing changes in interest rates.
• Ensure creative deliverables adhere to brand style guides.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across editorial and video properties.

Requirements:

• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and design aesthetics.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in visual design or graphic design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience working on video, digital, and social media content.
• Strong HTML/CSS skills for coding emails.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Experience working with multiple brands, sub-brands, and/or subsidiaries, and developing co-branded and complementary marketing materials.
