Dual Hat QC Leader

We are seeking a skilled Construction Quality Control Manager to join our team at Blueprint Staffing. As a senior-level professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control aspects of our federal construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Develop and implement quality control plans for construction projects
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential quality control issues
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement corrective actions
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality control procedures

• 5-10 years of experience in construction quality control and as a superintendent, preferably with federal and local public agencies
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and practices, with the ability to interpret contracts and specifications
• Relevant certifications, including U.S. Army Corps of Engineers CQMC Certification, OSHA 30-hour, and CPR/First Aid

• $98,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience
