Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and ensure exceptional experience while managing key clinical metrics and holding therapists accountable.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in PT guidelines and address outlier cases, optimizing workflows with an early intervention focus.
  • Foster teamwork and quality in a collaborative environment, identifying clinical improvement opportunities.
  • Build relationships with employers, referrals, and payers, mastering clinical systems for efficient documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy (PT)
  • State licensure requirements
  • 3 years of clinical experience without occupational health background OR 2 years with occupational health background
