Store Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Store Leadership candidate to join our team at Centric Brands Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a strong brand image. In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team and overseeing various aspects of store operations.

You will work closely with the store manager to ensure customers receive exemplary service and a positive brand experience. This includes assisting in the development of sales strategies, providing coaching and training to team members, and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives and maintain a strong brand image.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Oversee various aspects of store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
