Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquidity Management professional to join our team at Mizuho Bank Ltd. As a key member of our Treasury team, you will be responsible for managing liquidity risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consolidate and analyze liquidity data from various sources to provide insights to senior management
  • Develop and maintain liquidity stress testing models and assumptions
  • Assess liquidity impacts of new products and businesses
  • Maintain Treasury Liquidity Policies, Standards, and Procedures
  • Contribute to projects related to systems transformation and new reporting developments
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in an analytical role in a Treasury department or Liquidity function
  • Strong understanding of liquidity risk management concepts, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity stress testing
  • Working knowledge of FR2052a reporting rules and application, as well as LCR and NSFR
  • Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex risk management concepts effectively
  • High degree of comfort working with data and spreadsheets, including VBA, Power BI, SQL, and macros
