Reliant- Wheatcrest Hills Healthcare Center -Britton is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to promote functional independence and overall well-being.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions and therapies to address patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between settings.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to provide education, support, and guidance throughout the rehabilitation process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice required.
  • Proven experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a long-term care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
