- Provide exercise-related education to patients and the community, promoting healthy lifestyles and disease management.
- Develop and implement exercise programs, ensuring adherence to organizational and national regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with program coordinators to ensure program compliance, benchmarking, and performance improvement.
- Participate in program certification and maintain clinical knowledge of disease management programming.
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Exercise Physiology; master's degree preferred.
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network.
- Clinical teaching experience and experience in exercise programming, stress reduction, and nutrition preferred.
