We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Services Float Pool team at St. Luke's of Kansas City.

Key Responsibilities
  • Function independently and accountably utilize the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Coordinate care for a group of patients with the multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, prioritizing patient needs and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Identify and utilize hospital resources to enhance patient care and improve operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a clinical resource for new employees, providing guidance and support to ensure successful onboarding.
  • Demonstrate positive formal or informal leadership within the unit or department, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
