Casual Package Delivery Drivers are the backbone of our operations, responsible for delivering packages to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. They are a friendly, physically active crew who enjoy fast-paced work, being outdoors, and being behind the wheel.

SHIFT YOUR TEAM

As a Casual Package Delivery Driver, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safe and timely delivery of packages. You will work closely with other drivers, package handlers, and support staff to ensure that our customers receive their packages on time.

SHIFT YOUR SKILLS

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service and driving skills, as well as the ability to lift up to 70 pounds. You will also need to pass a DOT physical and have a valid driver's license (no CDL required). Additionally, you will need to comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.

SHIFT YOUR BENEFITS

As a Casual Package Delivery Driver, you will enjoy excellent weekly pay, growth opportunities, and extensive training. This is a seasonal role, but it may lead to a permanent position that offers even more advantages and benefits. Permanent, full-time small package delivery drivers receive an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, which includes $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, and paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days.
