Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in medical surgical care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a medical surgical setting.
