Job Title: Bankruptcy Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Bankruptcy Attorney to join our team at True North Consultants. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in preparing and filing claims in bankruptcy cases, responding to claim objections, and working with outside counsel to answer contract and sales motions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and file claims in bankruptcy cases
  • Respond to claim objections and negotiate settlements
  • Work with outside counsel to answer contract and sales motions
  • Develop and implement strategies for plan confirmation and avoidance actions
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctorate Degree
  • Admitted to a state bar
  • Minimum 2 years full-time relevant legal experience, focused on creditors' rights and bankruptcy experience
  • Strong litigation and transactional experience
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet
