Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and equipment inspections.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with equipment and machinery.
  • Use hand tools and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Inspect and test equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Adjust and replace brakes, tighten bolts and screws, and reassemble equipment.
  • Perform routine repairs and inspections on tires, lift gates, and other equipment.
  • Test drive trucks to diagnose malfunctions or to ensure they are working properly.
  • Examine and adjust protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices.
  • Inspect and verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to factory specifications.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or mechanical role preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
