Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering exceptional, personalized care while adhering to professional standards and safety protocols
  • Providing various personal care services tailored to meet the needs of clients
  • Assisting with daily activities, including feeding, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and shopping
  • Supporting clients with mobility exercises as outlined in their care plan and reporting any changes to the Director of Nursing
Qualifications:
  • Current Oregon CNA license in good standing is preferred
  • A minimum of one (1) year of documented experience in caregiving or home care assistance is required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Certification in CPR and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
  • Valid driver's license with an insured and reliable vehicle
  • Strong references
  • Access to a computer or smartphone for scheduling
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to pass background checks, DMV checks, and drug screenings
  • Must successfully complete caregiver competency evaluations
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
