Job Title: Registered Nurse - Psychiatric Care

Job Summary:
Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality psychiatric care to patients. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, planning and implementing nursing interventions, and evaluating the effectiveness of care.

Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide and implement nursing care interventions, including medication administration and wound care
- Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care interventions and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- One year medical/psychiatric experience preferred
