Registered Dietitian

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our outpatient care team at Gundersen Health System. As a key member of our nutrition therapy department, you will provide medical nutrition therapy to patients referred for a variety of diagnoses, including unintended weight loss, obesity, elimination diets, and more.

• Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized nutrition plans for patients in collaboration with supervising medical staff.
• Provide high-quality, cost-effective medical nutrition therapy to promote optimal health and wellness.
• Consult with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychologists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Develop and implement education programs for departmental colleagues, rotational learners, and the community to promote a continuum of high-quality care.
• Promote patient wellness and facilitate healing through effective communication and education.

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics.
• Registered as a Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (RD) and Registered Dietitian State Certification or Licensure (CD) in the state(s) of practice.
