We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a PRN Infusion Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, current condition, and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that patient needs are met and that care is coordinated.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia.
- One year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an infusion setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
- National certification in a clinical specialty, such as infusion nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting, preferably in an infusion or critical care unit.
