Job Title: Physical Therapist

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Job Description:

We are currently hiring a Physical Therapist to support a skilled nursing facility in need of experienced Physical Therapist services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Physical Therapy, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

This is a 13-week contract opportunity with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Physical Therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
  • Active Physical Therapist licensure/certification in New Mexico
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Prior experience in an SNF setting preferred
