As a Produce Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service and that our produce department is always stocked with fresh and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and display fresh fruits, vegetables, and salads in a visually appealing manner.
  • Ensure that all produce is fresh, of high quality, and meets our company standards.
  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and knives safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the produce department and surrounding areas.
  • Assist with training and development of peers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards, and maintain an orderly appearance of the department and uniform.
  • Perform all job duties and responsibilities safely, accurately, and with honesty and integrity.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Food preparation, produce department, and retail store experience preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Regular on-site attendance is required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 40 pounds frequently, and use knives and other equipment.
