Job Summary:

ResourceMFG is seeking a skilled Wiring Harness Builder to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing electrical components and wire harnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and follow wiring diagrams and assembly instructions to ensure accurate and efficient production.
• Gather and organize materials and tooling necessary to perform work.
• Route, wire, and assemble electronic components using wire layout boards.
• Perform numerous hand assembly operations based on detailed instructions.
• Operate semi-automatic equipment such as crimp presses, wire twisters, and wire strippers.
• Conduct functional and continuity tests of wire harnesses and cable assemblies using test fixtures.
• Solder wires to switches or connectors using a solder iron.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in assembly or production.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Excellent hand dexterity and basic math skills.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Able to read and follow instructions, and work independently with minimal supervision.
