System Engineer - MBSE (Design)

At Boeing Intelligence & Analytics, we're seeking a talented System Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge digital solutions for the Missile Defense Agency. As a key member of our team, you'll work at the intersection of technology and strategy, driving innovation in our mission-critical defense projects.

Innovate and Drive Change

We're looking for someone who can identify and evaluate innovative digital solutions that can significantly impact defense capabilities. You'll work with our team to develop and implement new ideas, leveraging your expertise in MBSE and architecture to drive innovation.

Product and Process Conception

You'll be responsible for envisioning and developing digital product solutions and processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational requirements. From conceptualization to delivery, you'll work closely with our engineering and design teams to bring your ideas to life.

Strategic Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

As a System Engineer, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize, execute, and deliver digital innovations. You'll also engage with stakeholders to align innovation efforts with organizational goals and strategies, providing insights and guidance on digital innovation.

Market and Competitive Analysis

You'll conduct thorough market discovery and competitive analysis to define unique value propositions for new digital products. You'll understand and address user needs, filling gaps and differentiating our solutions from competitors.

Experience and Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you'll need to demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:

  • 1-5 years MBSE experience using Cameo, Rhapsody, or other similar modeling tools
  • MBSE and architecture experience
  • Program or IPT MBSE leadership experience
  • Experience with Military or Missile Defense Agency (MDA) programs
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start is required.

This position requires clearing a background check and an enhanced Personal Conflict of Interest (PCI) requirements as a condition for employment.
