Dietary Aide Role at Floral Long Term Care

The Dietary Aide is a vital member of our team, responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and delivering diet trays to residents, ensuring all necessary meals are provided.
• Labeling and dating food properly to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• Delivering food carts to designated areas and collecting food trucks when meals are finished.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors as instructed.

Requirements for this role include:

• Previous experience as a Dietary Aide, preferably in a Long Term Care setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and visitors.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
