We are seeking a skilled Nurse Midwife to join our team at Memorial Hospital Belleville. As a key member of our obstetric team, you will provide high-quality care to women in all stages of pregnancy, childbirth, and post-delivery.
Responsibilities- Monitor and counsel patients to promote healthy living through education and primary prevention.
- Conduct thorough medical histories and examinations to identify and assess patient needs.
- Identify high-risk pregnancies and make referrals to specialists as needed.
- Supervise and assist mothers in labor, monitoring fetal condition and using knowledge of pain management.
- Provide support and guidance to patients following birth or other significant events.
- Master's degree in Nursing.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Nurse Midwife or in a related field.
- Advanced Practice RN licensure.
