Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the core values and standards of the organization
  • Act as an ambassador for the wine program
  • Deliver professional wine service to patrons
  • Oversee the wine cellar management
  • Support catered events as needed
  • Facilitate effective communication with management and team members

Leadership & Operational Duties:

  • Organize and oversee the wine storage areas
  • Manage deliveries and inventory control
  • Provide wine service across Food and Beverage outlets
  • Assist in inventory management and staff development
  • Build rapport with guests and colleagues

Required Qualifications:

  • Basic sommelier certification
  • At least one year of experience in fine dining
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Familiarity with POS and ordering systems
  • In-depth knowledge of wine regions and sales techniques
  • Engage guests through personalized service
  • Adhere to safe food handling protocols
