Cake Decorator

We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at The Golub Corporation. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing cakes and pastries that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience when interacting with our bakery products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S standards, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Ensure that all bakery products are presented in an attractive and appealing manner, meeting our standards for quality and presentation.
• Operate bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, and utensils, to produce high-quality baked goods.
• Assist with inventory management, including maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the bakery manager to maintain production and shrinkage levels, meeting company guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management, adhering to all company policies and procedures.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 6-12 months of related experience.
• Basic literacy skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Satisfactory performance reviews.
• Strong communication skills.

This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced bakery environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting, maintain a high level of customer service, and meet the physical demands of the job.

The disclosed compensation range for this position is applicable within the state the position resides. The actual base pay offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
