About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nurse Manager to join our team at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. As an Assistant Nurse Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the provision and quality of nursing services at the facility department level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically ensure a balance of optimal and efficient patient care, staff, patient, and physician satisfaction, and cooperative partnerships with other organizational departments and professional groups.
  • Create and maintain standards and systems for care delivery for their department(s).
  • Accountable for the provision and quality of nursing services at the facility department level.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Nursing or in related field.
  • National Certification from ANA or Professional Organization in relevant field of clinical expertise upon hire.
  • Six (6) years in nursing with experience in progressive leadership roles.
