About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Technical Engineering Recruiter to join our team at Enser Corporation. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering top talent to our customers across various engineering disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of recent technical recruiting experience, preferably with Dynamics ATS or similar recruiting software. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is desired but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for engineering positions.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and customers.
  • Negotiating pay rates/salaries and bill rates with customers.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM-Dynamics ATS.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of recent technical recruiting experience.
  • Knowledge of social media/Internet recruitment, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Experience with Dynamics ATS or similar recruiting software a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field desired.
