Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with medication management, including administering medications and documenting medication administration.
  • Support residents with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Participate in resident care planning, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive care environment, promoting resident dignity and well-being.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in a CNA program.
  • Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
