  • Basic knowledge and relevant experience with common plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Possess good carpentry skills, including trim work and framing.
Work Environment

This is a full-time salary position, working 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. This position could require longer hours (beyond 8 hours a day), occasionally working on-call, and occasional weekend work. Travel may be required but is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected although it would be rare.
