Precision Scans Inc is seeking a dedicated and innovative Nurse Recruiter to enhance our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top nursing talent to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate applicant qualifications, including necessary licenses, certifications, and background checks.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process by effectively communicating requirements to prospective candidates.
  • Contribute to departmental initiatives and suggest improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Assess staffing requirements and collaborate with management to address hiring needs.
  • Conduct regular assessments with management to evaluate the success of recruitment strategies.
  • Design and implement recruitment and retention programs specifically for Registered Nurses (RNs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs).
  • Prepare comprehensive staffing reports, memos, and spreadsheets.
  • Provide detailed reports on recruitment and retention metrics, including vacancy and turnover statistics.
  • Develop and refine processes to optimize recruitment outcomes.
  • Work closely with administrative leaders to ensure effective communication regarding staffing needs.
Qualifications
  • Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
  • Must possess a current RN license in California or a compact state, along with current CPR certification.
  • Experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years in high-volume recruiting, particularly in nursing or clinical settings, is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems is required.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and professional standards related to recruitment practices.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail in marketing open positions.
