**Job Summary**

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team at Valet Park of America. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting hospital employees to and from their parking areas in Syracuse, NY.

**Responsibilities**

* Greet patrons in a polite manner and assist them in any way possible
* Safely shuttle customers to various destinations
* Open and close doors for patrons
* Adhere to all traffic laws and signs to ensure the safest possible operation of our shuttles
* Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers, including radio contact with management, shuttle drivers, and lot attendants
* Complete required pre-trip inspections to meet federal and company safety requirements
* Record passenger counts and trip times
* Complete necessary paperwork involved in daily operations
* Assist in equipment setup and breakdown, including signs and cones
* Sweep shuttles and remove debris to ensure cleanliness
* Communicate mechanical problems with shuttles to management
* Comply with company procedures for shuttle operations

**Requirements**

* Must be over 20 years old
* Customer service experience is a must
* Valid NY Class B or higher CDL with passenger endorsement required
* Valid medical card required
* CORI checks and driving test will be conducted

**Benefits**

* Earn $23/hour to start
* Weekly pay
* Full-time help is eligible for Health/Dental insurance after 90 days (50/50 split) and paid vacation after one year
* Room for advancement
