Job Summary

Toca Madera Scottsdale is seeking a skilled Back Waiter to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless table service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pouring and refilling water, maintaining optimal water levels
  • Ensuring tables are free of clutter, trash, and unused items
  • Preparing tables for upcoming courses, including silverware, plates, and linens
  • Resetting tables between courses, maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere
  • Delivering beverages from the service bar to guests
  • Attending to guest requests, communicating effectively with servers and kitchen staff
  • Assisting servers with greeting tables and maintaining table maintenance
  • Clearing and resetting tables promptly after guests depart
  • Conducting spot checks for trash, debris, and gum in the section
  • Cleaning up spills and maintaining side stations
  • Providing exceptional service, actively engaging with guests and suggesting additional cocktails and food items
Requirements
  • Experience in fine dining or a similar environment
  • Strong multitasking abilities and a diligent work ethic
  • Maintaining a clean and professional appearance
  • Ability to forecast and anticipate guest needs
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35lbs
