MA Lager Brewer

We are a family-owned architecture firm with 17 employees, specializing in retail, trade fair, and interior design. Our unique store design and interior construction are tailored to each location, impressing retailers, system gastronomes, shop-in-shop owners, and exhibitors nationwide.

• You will collaborate with our HR business partners and other HR experts in the commerce sector to support daily operations.
• You will create and prepare HR documents for business partners and managers, gaining hands-on experience in HR processes within our company.
• You will participate in projects related to current HR topics, such as strategic HR support for managers, talent development, recruiting, and more.
• You will create reports in Excel, presentations in PowerPoint, and gain insight into HR management, as well as support high-visibility projects to the executive board.

• You are currently studying business administration, psychology, education, or a related field, ideally in an advanced stage of your studies.
• You have previous practical experience in human resources in an international company.
• You are a team player with strong customer and service orientation.
• You have a strong passion for HR and a willingness to learn and grow.
