Position Overview:

SkinSpirit is a leading provider of aesthetic skincare and body treatments, with over 40 locations nationwide. We're seeking a highly skilled Aesthetic Medical Practitioner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and provide clients with personalized aesthetic medical services, including cosmetic injections, laser therapy, and laser hair removal.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and objectives.
  • Educate clients on treatment processes, including pre and post-treatment care instructions.
  • Ensure client safety and satisfaction at all times.
  • Suggest and promote retail products and additional services offered by SkinSpirit.
  • Maintain equipment and inventory of products, and follow established treatment protocols.
  • Keep track of and update client charts, and generate before and after photos.
  • Build and maintain a client base, and attend trainings and meetings as required.
Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), or Naturopathic Doctor (ND) license required to practice in the state of employment.
  • 2+ years of experience in medical aesthetics desired.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and managers.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient with email and social media, with experience in a clinic setting preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of standing, bending, or stooping, as well as use of hands and arms to finger, handle, feel, or control things.
  • Occasional periods of sitting, crawling, kneeling, climbing, or balancing, as well as pushing or pulling heavy objects and/or machinery.

Pay will be determined based on candidate experience, clinic size, clinic location, and market.
