LPN Opportunity at Coastal Clinic

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our dynamic team at a beautiful coastal clinic near Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with physicians and nurses, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:
Assess patients' health, track vital signs, and address any concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Medication Administration:
Safely provide prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring for any side effects or reactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with regular breaks and time for self-care.

Collaborative Care:
Work closely with healthcare professionals to create and update patient care plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Wound Care:
Conduct wound dressing, cleaning, and other necessary care to support healing and promote optimal patient outcomes.

Patient & Family Education:
Clearly convey treatment plans and procedures to patients and their families, fostering trust and understanding.

Medical Equipment Monitoring:
Operate and maintain medical devices, ensuring they are functioning properly during patient care, and reporting any issues promptly.

Documentation:
Precisely record patient health information, procedures, and updates, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Qualifications:
Current LPN license (South Carolina or Multistate), BLS certification, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
